Our Vietnamese partners provided advice for client to form up structure of commercial relationship with a Vietnamese owner of a mega solar energy project in the north of Vietnam. Assisted client in intensively negotiate a turnkey project with the project owner and sub-contractors from Vietnam to providing equipment, construction and installment of the solar energy project. The advice and negotiation supports have enable client in reaching the best interest in legal issues and the most optimal allocation of tax obligations in Vietnam.
