Licenses issued under these Terms are exclusive to the individual or entity purchasing access. If multiple users within a business require access, a separate license must be purchased for each user.

At this time, CanViet Connect offers a 14-day refund policy for product purchases through our platform. If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided that the product has not been downloaded. After this 14-day period, or after the product has been downloaded, all sales are final. We continue to encourage users to fully evaluate the products described on our website prior to making a purchase.
