Our Vietnamese partners provided market entry services including legal and tax advisory services. We advised client on options and plan for market entry and business expansion of 5 years. Based on the approved plan, we assisted client in business incorporation, dealing with land and factory acquisition, capital investment flows, and intra-group transactions for tax efficiency and compliance. Completed investment size was to USD 50 millions.
